Winter's Grief Breathwork Group 12/19/2025

The winter season is a representation of the destruction part of the life cycle.  

Death, decay, grief.

All these hardships and more are held in the cold air of Winter.

But you do not have to face these alone. Join us in circle as we embrace our shadows of sadness and grief. 

Whether it's grief for a lost loved one, the grief you feel for our planet, or the grief you carry for yourself, ALL FORMS OF GRIEF ARE WELCOMED HERE. 

In this group we will intentions, invite in the loving and wise ancestors and spirits, create alters, and start the breathing journey together. 

Once you purchase your ticket, you will have access to download several documents including details to the event and the required consents.
