Virtual Breathwork Group-Shedding The Snake (2/19/2026 at 6:45 PM CT)

February marks the beginning of the Year of the Fire Horse! 

Before we can fully welcome the Fire Horse, we must first shed the final layer of skin from the Wooden Snake.

Join us in a virtual circle to focus on releasing the old and welcoming in the new.

Together we will hold intention, ground our energy into the earth, call in helpful ancestors and divine beings, and unlock the power of the breath.
